Learning outcomes
To master multimodal imaging (PET-CT, In vivo two-photon microscopy and Confocal endomicroscopy, Histology) from the basic theory including basics in biophysics, methodologies for in vivo imaging, to image analysis and interpretation of the results.
Course content
To be defined shortly.
Overview
To be introduced to multimodal in vivo imaging from the basic principles including basics in biophysics, methodologies for in vivo imaging, image analysis and biological interpretation of the results. Different imaging modalities will be addressed in these courses : PET-CT, In vivo two-photon microscopy and Confocal endomicroscopy, Histology. Course will comprise lectures from experts in the field, practical work, demonstrations and open discussions in collaboration with the Laboratory of Imaging the Infection and Immunity (L3i) core facility.
Scholarships
We are pleased to offer free registration and travel funding to selected researchers from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). These registration and travel grants for LMIC applicants are generously sponsored by the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI).
