In vivo Imaging

Course Goals
To be introduced to multimodal in vivo imaging from the basic principles including basics in biophysics, methodologies for in vivo imaging, image analysis and biological interpretation of the results. Different imaging modalities will be addressed in these courses : PET-CT, In vivo two-photon microscopy and Confocal endomicroscopy, Histology. Course will comprise lectures from experts in the field, practical work, demonstrations and open discussions in collaboration with the Laboratory of Imaging the Infection and Immunity (L3i) core facility.

Anyone wishing to be introduced to in vivo imaging (confocal, two-photon, PET-CT imaging) in NHP.
Minimal requirements
From beginners to Basic knowledge in imaging.
